Coffee & TV

I finally was able to read the lyrics of Blur’s Coffee and TV after years of singing along with the wrong words. Incidentally, I could relate to it:

So give me Coffee and TV, history;
I’ve seen so much, I’m going blind, and I’m brain dead virtually;
Sociability– it’s hard enough for me.
Take me away from this big bad world and agree to marry me, so we can start all over again…

Accident

The most serious accident I’ve experienced was when my brother-in-law and I collided in front of a jeepney while he was teaching me how to drive a motorcycle. It was not the bruises we incurred that made it serious but rather the fact that I almost run over a kid who was walking across the road.
